After you place your order, we will reach out to you via email to discuss your photo's quality and provide you with a delivery window for your print preview. (If the photos submitted are not the quality we need, rest assured we will let you know, and work with you until we find the perfect photos!) Once we have created your custom portrait, we will send you a watermarked preview for you to approve via email before we print anything! If we do not receive your approval within a weeks time, we will proceed with printing and shipping your order as it appears in the preview.
