Each mug is an 11oz Ceramic Coffee Mug. Dishwasher & Microwave safe.

(If dishwasher uses extreme heat and/or runs on high heat for extended periods of time, it is safer to hand wash as ink can fade.)

1 Subject per Mug: The same solo portrait image will print on both sides of each mug. All mugs are identical!

2 Subjects per Mug: One solo portrait image will print on both sides of each mug. (Both subjects print on every mug.) All mugs are identical!

3+ Subjects per Mug: The group portrait will wrap around the outside of every mug. (All (Both subjects print on every mug.) All mugs are identical!

If the photo(s) submitted are not the quality we need, rest assured we will let you know and work with you until we find the perfect photo(s). If we do not receive a response from you on our quality hesitations, we reserve the right to cancel the order and send you a refund as we cannot offer a refund once we have created your custom art. Once we have your custom Perkie Print created, we will send you the preview(s)via email. We must receive your approval of these previews (s)  before we send them to print. If we do not receive your approval within one week's time, we will send your items without final approval.
