PRINTING PLACEMENT

We will print your custom Perkie Prints image approximately 3” large on both sides of the mug. 

The actual size of the final printed image will vary depending on the shape of your image. If the Perkie Print from your order has one subject, the same subject will be identical on both sides of the mug. If the Perkie Print from your order has two subjects, one subject will be printed on each side of the mug. If the Perkie Print from your order has three subjects, Each subject will appear once as it wraps around the mug.

We will reach out to you via email before beginning your order to confirm photo quality and provide you with a delivery window for your print preview. If the photos submitted are not the quality we need, rest assured we will let you know, and work with you until we find the perfect photos. If we do not receive a response from you on our quality hesitations, we reserve the right to cancel the order, and send you a refund as we cannot offer a refund once we have created your custom art. Once we have the art created, we send you a print preview that we need your approval on before we send to print. If we do not receive your approval of your print preview within a weeks time, we will proceed with sending your items, without final approval.
