    What you upload: A real photo: candid, phone snap, or pro shot. This is the reference our artists use to capture personality and pose.

  • Perkie Preview (Digital Mockup)

    What you’ll see first: digital proof that shows the artwork concept, placement, and style. This is a preview, not the final print — use it to request edits, adjust crop, or change color and placement.

  • Final Perkie Print (Display Quality)

    What we deliver after approval: The finished, print-ready artwork refined by our artist and color-corrected for print. We optimize for archival inks, paper or fabric, and finishing so your portrait looks its best on the final product.

Will my preview look exactly like my final Perkie Print?

Not exactly. The preview is an automated mockup, our artists will refine your perkie print by hand to make sure every detail looks perfect.

Can I preview multiple photos?

Of course! You can try as many as you like before ordering. Please note we can only apply a max of three pet images per product due to spacing considerations.

Can I leave notes for the artist?

Absolutely! You can add instructions or special requests for our artists in the 'Artist Note' section.

Will you store my uploaded photos?

We only store your photos if you place an order. Otherwise, they’re automatically deleted from our system for your privacy.

Do I have to buy if I upload a photo?

Nope! You can upload a photo and see your preview before deciding to purchase.
