Creating pet portraits is a deeply personal experience with you as the photographer and us as the artist! To us, you aren’t just placing an order, but entering a collaboration to create something truly special together. From conversations with our customer care to the hands of your dedicated artists and production expert, we bond over your pet, creating adorable products that capture your pet's essence and share your love with the world. This tailored process can take a little bit of time. 

TURNAROUND & SHIPPING TIMES

Turnaround Time

With the submission of a high quality photo that our artists can use, our average turnaround time to get your package dropped in the mail is about 3-4 business days, but this can vary up to 3 weeks during peak holiday seasons depending on the volume of incoming orders.

If you chose to skip the photo upload to receive help with photo selection, or the photo provided does not meet our quality standards, The turnaround time depends on the following factors:

  • The response rate to which you reply to our customer care team via email. Please make sure to provide your active email address at checkout.

In addition to

  • the response rate to which approve your Perkie Print preview once your artist delivers it to your inbox. We cannot ship your order until we receive your sign of on the adorable print review. 

Soon after your order is placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. Though you should keep and read this email, you will also receive an email from our Customer Care team with photo feedback and your perkie print preview delivery window within 36 business hours of placing your order. If at that time you do not see an email from our customer care team, please be sure to check your spam folder AND the promotion tab in your inbox. If you do not find it there, please send us an email to hello@perkieprints.com with your name and order confirmation number. 

Turnaround times do not include shipping transit time 

Shipping Speeds & Costs

We only ship within the continental USA and cannot ship to military addresses. 


We offer simple, predictable shipping within the continental USA: $6.95 flat-rate Standard Shipping on orders under $100, and FREE Standard Shipping on orders $100 and over (after discount and before taxes). Standard Shipping arrives 3-7 business days after your production window. 

Once you sign off on your Perkie Print preview, our production artist needs 1-3 business days to get your package dropped in the mail. Once it is dropped in the mail, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

RUSH ORDERS

Need your Perkie Print ASAP? We can speed up your order for a rush fee! We have several rush order options to choose from:


OPTION 1 ($40)

  Your digital file or print preview will be sent to you within 7 business days of when we confirm your photo selection via email.
OPTION 2 ($70)

 Your digital file or print preview will be sent to you within 48 hours of when we confirm your photo selection via email.
OPTION 3 ($99)

 Your digital file or print preview will be sent to you within 24 hours of when we confirm your photo selection via email.


Quality is one of our top priorities, even when we're fulfilling rush orders. For that reason, we cannot move forward with your order until we receive your approval of the previews. After your final sign-off on your finished Perkie Print, please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. This includes the time needed to print, frame, package, and ship your Perkie Print!

 

CANCELLATIONS

We offer cancellations anytime up until the artwork is created. If you are on a tight turnaround, please let us know! You can ask us what the current turnaround is before you place your order. Contact us and our care team will be able to give you the most accurate estimate.
