Shipping policy
How your order moves
- Free preview, before you buy. Upload a photo and see your pet in all four styles (Color, Black & White, Ink Wash and Marker) in under a minute. Nothing is charged until you choose one.
- Artist review. After you order, a Perkie artist checks your portrait and sends your proof to your approval page. If your photo needs help, we email you before anything is printed.
- Your approval. Approve the proof or ask for changes; edits are unlimited. If we haven't heard from you in 7 days, a person on our team approves it as you see it. Memorial pieces never auto-approve: they wait for you, with no time limit.
- Production. Once your proof is approved, your order ships in 1–3 business days. During the holiday peak this can stretch to up to 3 weeks.
- Delivery. You get a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves us.
Shipping speeds and costs
We ship within the continental United States only, and cannot ship to military addresses.
- Standard Shipping is $6.95 flat on orders under $100, and free on orders of $100 or more (after discounts, before tax).
- Standard Shipping arrives 3–7 business days after your order ships.
- Some items are made by our print partners and ship in a separate package; the product page says so when that applies.
Gifts
If you're sending a Perkie gift, email delivery and gift cards arrive instantly, so they work for any date. See our shipping deadlines page for holiday cutoffs on physical orders.
Cancellations
You can cancel any time until your artwork is created. Email hello@perkieprints.com with your name and order number.
