At Perkie Prints, we understand the importance of your custom art commission and your happiness with our products. Here's a breakdown of our refund policy:

1. New Pet Artwork Refunds: Refunds for custom pet art commissions are not available after your artwork has been created. A real artist has creates every print, uniquely personalized just for you of your pet. Rest assured, we contact every customer via email should the photo provided at checkout be anything less than the standard we need. Our small team works very closely with you during the photo selection process to ensure the best possible outcome, and throughout the entire process. 

2. Art You Adore: If, for any reason, you're not delighted with your new art commission and prefer not to opt for a discounted second commission, we offer flexibility. While we cannot refund your custom pet artwork, You may cancel and request a refund for any physical products that remain to be shipped from your order. Your satisfaction is our priority.

3. Photo Selection Process: We understand the importance of selecting the right photo for your order. If the photo you chose doesn't meet our artists' standards, we'll pause the art creation process. We'll reach out to you via the email provided at checkout to discuss the photo selection further.

4. Refund Requests: Refund requests are only valid within 30 days of your purchase date. Only if your order has not progressed to the art creation stage, may you request a refund within this period. After 30 days of inactivity, if your order has not advanced, we will cancel your order and issue a gift card equivalent to your initial purchase amount, which you can use for future orders.

5. Customer Communication: Your purchase includes customization that may require customer input. The customer is responsible for providing valid & active contact details at the time of purchase. The team at Perkie Prints will reach out to inform customers if their action is required to fulfill the open order. The Perkie Prints team will also send up to 3 follow-up reminders within 30 days of the order being placed to request input needed to continue with the order. If the customer cannot be reached during that time due to providing invalid or inactive contact information, the order will be canceled and the customer will receive a gift card equivalent to their initial purchase amount. 

Please note that refunds are not available after the 30-day period has passed.

Promo Codes
You may only use one promo code per order. Promo codes are not to be combined, are non-transferable, and may have exemptions or requirements in order to be successfully redeemed. Promo codes are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges are based on the cart total after all promo codes have been applied. 

Please note that we are unable to honor discounts retroactively. You must enter the code you intend on using at the time of checkout.
