PRODUCT DETAILS

You will receive one (1) digital file of your custom Perkie Prints portrait.

The dimensions of this image will be 8”x10” (saved at 300dpi for high-res print quality)

If you would like to print your image larger than 8”x10”, just let us know in the comments as you check out and we’ll make sure your image is large enough for what you have in mind!

We will reach out to you via email before beginning your order to confirm photo quality and provide you with a delivery window for your print preview. If the photos submitted are not the quality we need, rest assured we will let you know, and work with you until we find the perfect photos. If we do not receive a response from you on our quality hesitations, we reserve the right to cancel the order, and send you a refund as we cannot offer a refund once we have created your custom art. Once we have the art created, we send you a print preview that we need your approval on before we send to print. If we do not receive your approval of your print preview within a weeks time, we will proceed with sending your items, without final approval.
