How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after artist review is complete. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Free shipping on orders over $100.

What kind of photo should I use?

A clear, front-facing photo where your pet’s face is visible works best. Good lighting helps. The photo should be at least 500×500 pixels. Avoid heavy filters or extreme angles.

Will my portrait look exactly like the preview?

The preview is a close representation. Every ordered portrait is reviewed and refined by a real artist before production, so the final product may have subtle improvements in detail and quality.

Can I change my style after ordering?

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, reach out to us at hello@perkieprints.com and we’ll be happy to swap your style. Once production starts, we’re unable to make changes.

Can I include more than one pet?

Yes! This product supports up to 3 pets in a single portrait. Upload each pet separately and we’ll combine them into one beautiful piece. Multi-pet orders include a small additional fee ($10 for 2 pets, $15 for 3).

What if I'm not happy with my portrait?

We stand behind every portrait. If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a revision, a reprint, or a full refund.

Do you offer pet memorial portraits?

We do. Our memorial portraits are a meaningful way to honor a pet who has passed. We handle every order with extra care and attention. Learn more about memorial portraits.
