Will I get a chance to review the artwork before you print?

Of course! Once you place your order, you will receive a complimentary photo consultation service to ensure we have the perfect image. Once your custom artwork is ready, we will send you a preview for your final approval—allowing for minor adjustments if needed. Learn more about the process here.

Do I have to upload a photo now? Can I change it later?

No, you can skip the upload if you don’t have a photo ready! We will be in touch via email within 36 hours of placing your oder to begin your complimentary photo consultation.

And, yes, if you let us know before we begin the artwork, you can change the photo later. Once the artwork has been created, there may be a fee if you decide to use a different photo.

Our artistic process was created by our CEO & founder, Jonni Perkins, in 2017. She was on a mission to find personalized art for her new home, but was underwhelmed with the options available. So she decided to make her own. The rest, as they say, is history.
